By using the proven principle of a fishing net, QuatroScreen captures non biodegradable waste in mesh bags effectively preventing blockages and damage to treatment plant which would reduce operating efficiency or result in pollution of water courses.

The screenings are conveniently contained in the mesh bags for easy, safe disposal.

QuatroScreen uses low cost polypropylene mesh bags of varying gauges which are mounted on a robust, long life, high density polyethylene "manifold" using the patented Quatroserve locking mechanism which not only provides secure peripheral locking of the bag but , by use of integrated handles, provides safe and easy removal of the bag by operatives.

This mechanism reduces point loading stress - which can lead to bag failure and thereby maxamises its effectiveness during operation.

The manifold slides easily into an HDPE frame which is purpose designed to fit the installation through which the flow of water is passing thus providing effective screening.
